Sarolta Bárdos returned to Tokaj after years of study and work across Europe to craft small-lot, detail-driven wines. 100% Furmint, hand-harvested and native-fermented, then aged on the lees for at least eight months. Tegan Passalacqua’s Sandlands highlights California’s historic, own-rooted vineyards and heritage varieties grown in decomposed granite. Equal parts Cinsault, Carignane, and Zinfandel from 110-year-old, dry-farmed vines. Organically farmed, native fermentations, and neutral oak aging. Bright red berries, plum skin, dried herbs, and dusty earth with fresh acidity and soft tannins.
