Meet the Winemaker: Weingut Dautel

This one-night pop-up offers a chance to explore Join us Tuesday, June 23rd as we welcome Weingut Dautel and winemaker Christian Dautel for a special by-the-glass takeover featuring a selection of wines from one of Germany’s most compelling historic estates. Based in Württemberg, the Dautel family has farmed the region for generations and helped redefine what modern German wine could look like: site-driven, dry, precise, and deeply expressive. Christian continues that legacy today with a thoughtful approach to farming and cellar work that emphasizes balance, texture, and the distinct character of each vineyard site. For the evening, we’ll be pouring a range of Dautel wines by the glass alongside dedicated tasting flights highlighting the estate’s signature style — vibrant Riesling, elegant Spätburgunder, and mineral-driven whites from some of Württemberg’s steep limestone and sandstone vineyards.
