About the event
In collaboration with Viet Collective SF, this gathering is built for the next generation of Vietnamese in San Francisco—the diaspora shaping culture in real time.
The menu reflects how we actually eat:
Plates for the table. Flavors drawn from street mornings in Vietnam, reinterpreted through a Bay Area lens. Familiar, but not fixed.
Music drives the room—a Vietnamese DJ set weaving Vina house, throwbacks, and new wave. Not a performance, but a pulse that carries the space.
Rượu flows alongside it all—wines that keep the table moving. This isn’t a quiet brunch. It’s a gathering. Come with your people. Meet new ones. Be part of something that’s still unfolding.
