Armand took over some of the most coveted sites in Burgundy in 2011, which had been in his family since the 1800s. The estate's plots are located next to the most prestigious vines of the Côte de Beaune, in the villages of Saint-Aubin, Meursault and Pommard.
Adopting regenerative agriculture and permaculture, the winery makes every possible effort to reduce the environmental impact of their farming and viticulture. The winemaking style aims to be the least interventionist possible.
100% Chardonnay, biodynamically grown on clayey-silty soil on marl. Marl is known as the parent rock on which Chardonnay expresses itself best.
Fresh, mineral, with light citrus flavors. Lightly oaky, medium bodied, ripe peach, stone fruit, yellow apple, brioche toast.
