Blend of Nerello Mascalese and Nero d'Avola. Organically farmed old, ungrafted vines on volcanic soil. Made via méthode ancestrale with spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered. 

Aromas of wild strawberries, blood orange, white flowers, and crushed rocks. Flavors of bright red berries, citrus zest, and volcanic minerality with a dry, lightly frothy finish.
