Benoît Lahaye is a distinguished Champagne producer based in the Grand Cru village of Bouzy in the Montagne de Reims. Since taking over his family's estate in 1993, he has been a pioneer in organic and biodynamic viticulture, achieving organic certification in 2007 and biodynamic certification in 2010. Lahaye makes small quantities of Champagne from his family vines, which he plows with a horse.

Notes of ripe red fruits and white flowers. On the palate it is rich, fresh and structured with a saline vitality. It has a long, elegant and delicate finish.
