Bernard Vallette is a dedicated natural winemaker in Beaujolais, known for crafting vibrant, expressive wines with minimal intervention. ‘Quatre Saisons’ is designed as an easy-drinking yet complex expression of Gamay. The fruit comes from older vines, which naturally produce lower yields and more concentrated flavors.
100% Gamay. Certified organic and biodynamic, with hand-harvested fruit from granite-rich soils. Whole-cluster fermentation with native yeasts, semi-carbonic maceration, followed by aging in neutral vessels. Bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur.
Aromas of wild strawberries, red cherry, and fresh flowers, with subtle earthy undertones. The palate is vibrant and juicy, featuring silky tannins, crisp acidity, and refreshing.
