A vibrant, coastal Basque-style white from Getaria, made by Latido Bidaia to showcase Hondarrabi Zuri and traditional local varieties in a fresh, spritzy style.

100% Hondarrabi Zuri. Certified organic. Grown on pergola-trained vines near the Cantabrian Coast at ~350 meters elevation. Hand-harvested and gently pressed, then fermented separately by variety in temperature-controlled stainless steel using native yeasts. Aged briefly on lees and bottled with a naturally mild spritz. Lightly filtered; unfined.

Pale yellow with green highlights. Zesty citrus, lime blossom, and white flowers on the nose, followed by crunchy green apple, tropical fruit, and saline minerality. Light-bodied, bone-dry, with crisp acid and a refreshing finish.
