Bodegas Roda is a leading winery in the Rioja Alta region of Spain, known for its densely fruity wines made predominantly from Tempranillo. Founded in 1987, it is considered “the most modern of the traditionalists and the most traditional of the modernists.”

90% Tempranillo, 6% Graciano & 4% Garnacha. Hand-harvested, fermented in French oak vats, and matured in French oak barrels 16 months and aged another 2 years in the bottle.

Aromas of blackberries, ripe blueberries, figs, cedar and roasted meat. Medium-to full-bodied with plush tannins and fresh acidity. Juicy and textured with a polished, rich core of fruit and spice.
