Champagne De Sousa is a family-run domaine in the Grand Cru village of Avize, known for its biodynamic practices and elegant, terroir-driven wines. The vineyards are plowed with a horse to help prevent the soils from becoming compact and to promote healthy insect life underground.

100% Chardonnay harvested by hand. Fermented using indigenous yeasts with full malolactic fermentation in steel vats and aged for over 24 months.

Elegant and precise. Aromas of lemon zest, white flowers, and crushed chalk. The palate offers crisp green apple, pear, and a hint of almond, underscored by vibrant acidity and a saline minerality. Long, clean finish with a touch of brioche.
