100% Chenin Blanc from the Clos de la Renière, planted in the 1950s in clay-limestone over Turonian tuffeau chalk soils. Hand-harvested grapes are fermented with native yeasts. The wine spends 18 months aging—1/3 in sandstone amphorae, 2/3 in neutral oak barrels. No malolactic fermentation, unfiltered, minimal added SO₂.

Pale gold with a fine shimmer. Aromas of quince blossom, dried citrus, honeyed stone fruit, and wet stone. The palate is richly textured yet vivacious—balanced acidity, mineral tension, and a long, savory finish. Precise, age-worthy, and full of terroir intrigue.
