Founded in 1928, Domaine Huet is Vouvray’s benchmark estate, renowned for biodynamic farming and age-worthy Chenin Blanc. All grapes are hand-harvested in successive tries to ensure only perfectly ripe fruit.

100% Chenin Blanc from the Première Côte vineyard Le Mont, acquired in 1957. Stony, silex-rich soils over limestone. Fermented in a mix of old demi-muids and stainless steel at controlled temperatures; malolactic fermentation blocked; aged in large demi-muids.

Dry, mineral-driven, and tightly focused, with crystalline citrus, quince, and green apple. Chalky texture, vibrant acidity, and a long, precise finish. Built for aging, developing perfume and complexity over time.
