One of the Loire’s most celebrated biodynamic producers, Domaine Huet crafts expressive Chenin Blanc from estate vineyards on Vouvray’s clay-limestone slopes. Grapes are hand-harvested in successive tries for optimal ripeness.

100% Chenin Blanc. Bottled before primary fermentation is complete, allowing a portion to finish in bottle for gentle effervescence. Yeast added to guide fermentation; disgorged with 10 g/L dosage (cane sugar + demi-sec or moelleux from a previous vintage).

Elegant and expressive, with baked apple, pear, honey, and chalk. Fine, persistent bubbles, supple palate, fresh acidity, and a subtly nutty, mineral finish.
