100% Chenin Blanc. Organically farmed estate vines on spilite and schist soils in Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay. Hand-harvested, whole-cluster pressed, and fermented with native yeasts. Aged on fine lees in a mix of used oak barrels and tank for texture and precision. Minimal added SO₂.
