The Pinson family has farmed in Chablis since 1640 and today the domaine is led by Charlène and Laurent Pinson. Their focus is on pure, terroir-driven Chardonnay that showcases the clarity and minerality of the region.

100% Chardonnay from 40+ year-old vines in two parcels just below 1er Cru Mont de Milieu and between Vaillons and Montmain. Kimmeridgian limestone soils, southeast exposure. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in stainless steel.

Citrus and green apple with saline lift and chalky texture. Fresh, linear, and precise with a clean, mineral finish.
