Five generations of the Vocoret family have been growing vines on the clay-chalk hillsides in Chablis and continue to produce some of the top premier cru Chablis to this day with a focus on minerality, acidity, and finesse.

100% Chardonnay. Vinification is done entirely in stainless steel but ages in large wooden vats.

Pungent citrus zest and wet stone with hints of anise and wild mint. Flavors show citrus, white pepper and pronounced minerality.
