Dominio de las Abejas is a boutique winery in Baja California dedicated to low-intervention winemaking and ecological stewardship. Inspired by the region’s rich biodiversity, the estate emphasizes organic practices and minimal intervention to allow the terroir to shine. Their Saignée Rosé is crafted from old-vine Nebbiolo, using the traditional saignée method to achieve greater depth and complexity. The wax seal is made from natural beeswax from the bees they raise in the vineyards.

50% Nebbiolo, 50% Grenache. Hand-harvested, organic farming, short maceration for color extraction, fermented with native yeasts, minimal sulfur use.

Vibrant raspberry and wild strawberry, with floral and citrus undertones. Bright acidity, silky texture, and a crisp, mineral finish.
