Estate Rouge is a blend centered around Pinot Noir with supporting red varieties, fermented naturally and aged in neutral wood to preserve freshness and soft structure. The non-vintage approach allows for consistency and lift.

Light, bright, and supple, it offers red cherry, raspberry leaf, soft spice, and a gentle earthy note. Very easy-drinking and versatile. Great with charcuterie, roast poultry, or salmon.
