Entre Vinyes is an organically farmed project in the Baix Penedès region of Catalunya, founded by Maria Barrena and Josep Tort. Their work centers on preserving old bush vines, encouraging biodiversity, and crafting minimal-intervention wines that reflect the coastal Mediterranean landscape.

Made from 100% Xarel·lo Vermell — a rare pink-skinned mutation of Xarel·lo — grown on sandy clay soils at 300–350 m elevation. The grapes are hand-harvested, macerated on skins for about 15 days (brisat style), and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel before aging partly in amphora. The wine is unfined, unfiltered, vegan, and made with minimal sulfur.

Pale amber with a faint blush, the wine offers aromas of apricot, mandarin peel, and thyme. The palate is bright and textural, with notes of citrus zest and stone fruit carried by saline minerality and fine phenolics — refreshing, savory, and gently grippy on the finish.
