The Vaillant family has farmed in Anjou since the 17th century. Now led by siblings using biodynamic practices, the estate focuses on natural expressions across varied soils and native grapes.

60% Groslot and 40% Cabernet Franc grown on clay soils. Hand-harvested, wild-yeast fermented, and aged in underground ceramic vats. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no added SO₂.

Lively and rustic with juicy red fruit, earth, and a touch of funk. Bright acidity, soft tannins, and a raw, energetic finish. Easy-drinking but full of character.
