Guy de Forez is a family-run estate in Les Riceys, located in the southernmost part of Champagne's Aube region, known for its unique terroir and focus on Pinot Noir. Their Rosé des Riceys cuvée is a rare and distinctive still rosé, produced only in exceptional vintages.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir, this Rosé des Riceys combines the saignée method with semi-carbonic maceration. Whole clusters are partially fermented intact, enhancing the wine’s bright fruit character and aromatics, while the saignée process adds structure and depth. Sustainable farming practices highlight the region’s limestone-rich soils.

Aromas of wild strawberries, red currants, and rose petals. The palate is textured and elegant, with vibrant acidity, subtle spice, and a lingering mineral finish. Ideal with charcuterie, grilled meats, or aged cheeses.
