Family owned and managed by the award-winning Florence Duchene and her husband Vincent. Florence herself, half Filipino and half French, was born into a family deeply rooted in the Champagne region, since 1874.

50% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier, 10% Chardonnay. Hand-harvested. Fermentation in stainless steel with full malolactic fermentation. Aged on lees for 36 months.

Aromas of apple, toasted nut, and truffle. Flavors of fresh apple, citrus, and toasted almond, with a crisp acidity and elegant finish. Refined effervescence with a delicate mousse texture.
