100% Albariño sustainably farmed. 2/3 whole-cluster pressed and 1/3 destemmed with a 2-day maceration. Cold fermentation in stainless steel. No secondary fermentation. Aged on lees for four months. Sterile filtered.

Bright and zesty with aromas of citrus blossom, green apple, and wet stone. On the palate, lively acidity pairs with notes of Meyer lemon, peach, and saline minerality.
