A blend of Sauvignon Gris (68%) with some Chenin Blanc, Verdelho, and Pinot Gris. Fermented on skins for added texture and tannin, then aged in neutral vessels to preserve freshness. Minimal intervention with native yeasts and no heavy filtration. 

Not orange - has a pinkish, golden hue. Aromatic and textural with notes of apricot, citrus peel, white flowers, and spice. Light tannins and zippy acidity give it a vibrant, slightly grippy mouthfeel, leading to a dry, savory finish.
