Jané Ventura is a historic winery in Catalonia, established in 1914 and now run by the fourth generation of the family. Situated in the Penedès region, the winery is deeply committed to preserving the area's winemaking heritage, focusing on indigenous grape varieties. The "Reserva de la Música" line celebrates their passion for both winemaking and music, as the family has long supported cultural and artistic endeavors.
Made using the traditional method from a blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeu, and Parellada. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and is aged on lees for over 24 months, with no dosage added, highlighting its purity and crisp character.
Pale gold with fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of green apple, citrus zest, and almond blossom, complemented by subtle brioche and wet stone. The palate is dry and vibrant, with flavors of lemon curd, white peach, and a touch of saline minerality, finishing crisp and refreshing.
