Le Père Jules is a fourth-generation family estate in Normandy’s Pays d’Auge, producing cider, perry, and Calvados from estate-grown fruit. Organic practices are used, with cows grazing the orchards for natural fertilization.

Made from heirloom pear varieties grown on clay-limestone and sandy soils. Pears are hand-harvested, ripened indoors, then fermented spontaneously in stainless steel. Secondary fermentation in bottle creates natural sparkle. Unfiltered, unfined, no added SO₂.

Lively and bright with fresh pear, lemon peel, white flowers, and gentle tannin. Lightly sparkling, with crisp acidity and a clean, dry finish.
