Lignier-Michelot practices biodynamic farming and ambient yeast fermentation on 12.5 hectares of vineyards in Burgundy. These vines, more than 60 years old, are located on the Draseys and Gammaires plots, north of Chambolle-Musigny.

Old vine Pinot Noir. Biodynamically farmed. Ambient yeast fermentation, no fining, minimal filtration.

Aromas of orange peel, jasmine tea, cinnamon and black cherry scents. Vibrant red fruit laced with blood orange and mineral-driven. Medium-bodied, fine tannins.
