Lignier-Michelot practices biodynamic farming and ambient yeast fermentation on 12.5 hectares of vineyards in Burgundy. These vines, more than 60 years old, are located on the Draseys and Gammaires plots, north of Chambolle-Musigny.

100% Pinot Noir. organically grown, fermented partially whole-cluster, short cold maceration, aged for 12 months in barrel. No fining, minimal filtration.

Aromas of black cherry, cassis, black raspberry and violet. Medium-bodied with crunchy red fruit laced with tea leaves and thyme.
