This 100% Albariño comes from cool, wind-influenced Monterey sites. It sees several days of skin contact for color and tannin, followed by native fermentation and stainless-steel aging.
Aromatic and textural: tangerine peel, apricot, lemon verbena, and a subtle tea-like grip. Zesty acidity keeps it focused and dry. Excellent with ceviche, shrimp rolls, or anything featuring citrus and herbs.
