A mix of Chenin Blanc, Viognier, and Blanc Fumé (Sauvignon Blanc), wild fermented and aged in oak and amphora.

Aromatic and textured — ripe peach, orange blossom, beeswax, and a whisper of smoke. Rich, round, and balanced with stony minerality. Great with spicy food, roasted chicken, or anything off the grill.
