Maison Bonnamy produces approachable, classically styled Crémant from sustainably farmed vineyards across the Loire. The house focuses on freshness, precision, and gentle sparkling wine craftsmanship using the traditional method.

A blend led by Chenin Blanc, with some Chardonnay, and direct press Cabernet Franc grown on limestone-rich soils. Hand-harvested, gently pressed, and fermented in stainless steel before a second fermentation in bottle with extended lees aging for texture.

Bright and clean, showing green apple, pear, white flowers, and a lightly toasty edge. Crisp acidity keeps it lively and refreshing. Great with oysters, fried snacks, or creamy cheeses.
