Martin is a self-taught winemaker and remains one of only a handful of producers practicing organic viticulture in the Wachau region and has earned a reputation as one of, if not the top winemaker of the region.

100% Grüner Veltliner organically grown, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel and ages on lees for 10 months.

Aromas of green apple, white peach, and citrus zest, complemented by layers of white pepper, smoky minerals, and a hint of herbal notes. Rich flavors of yellow apple, kiwi, and baking spice, balanced by vibrant acidity. It offers a lingering finish with a subtle perception of sweetness.
