One of Europe’s oldest wineries, founded by Benedictine monks in 996 AD, Pannonhalmi Apátsági Pincészet continues its centuries-long tradition of producing expressive, terroir-driven wines. The 'Tricollis' blend reflects the monastery’s focus on freshness, balance, and clarity.
A blend of 45% Welschriesling, 30% Riesling, 15% Gewürztraminer, and 10% Pinot Blanc, grown on sand, loess, and clay soils. Fermented in stainless steel, with a short cold maceration for Gewürztraminer, and aged on lees to enhance texture.
Aromatic and bright, with notes of white flowers, apple blossom, grapefruit, and melon. Dry, light-bodied, and lifted, with crisp acidity and a stony, mineral-driven finish that highlights the region’s character.
