100% Syrah sourced from cooler North Coast vineyards with well-draining soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and fermented with native and selected yeasts in small stainless steel and neutral oak fermenters. Wines are aged 12–14 months in a mix of neutral and lightly toasted French oak barrels before bottling.

Bright and medium-bodied, this Syrah shows blackberry, black cherry, and violet with hints of smoked meat and pepper. Silky tannins and refreshing acidity provide structure and length. Pairs beautifully with grilled lamb, roasted mushrooms, or aged hard cheeses.
