Continuing a four-generation legacy of vintners, Dominique Joseph has led the winery since 1990 and they have been farming organically then. The Domain sources Cabernet Franc from 55 different organic plots around Saumur. Le Petit Saint Vincent comes from Dominique Joseph's youngest Cabernet Franc vines just outside the village of Varrains. The soils are clay and limestone based.

100% Cabernet Franc. Hand-harvested from limestone-rich soils. Fermented with native yeasts in concrete vats. Aged in neutral oak barrels for 12 months to preserve varietal purity and terroir expression.

Vibrant red fruit (cherry, raspberry), with floral hints and earthy undertones. Silky tannins, balanced acidity, and a mineral-driven finish. Elegant and fresh.
