A tiny, organically farmed 1.5-hectare vineyard in Plješivica, where 40–100-year-old vines of Welschriesling grow in clay and limestone soils. Hand-harvested fruit and low-intervention winemaking reflect this highland region’s purity and old-vine character.

100% Welschriesling. Hand harvest. Two-day skin maceration followed by spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel. Aged in tank with no fining, filtration, or added SO₂.

Aromas of pear skin, green herbs, lemon balm, and wet stone. Flavors of crisp orchard fruit, citrus peel, and savory minerality with a bright, textural finish.
