From organic, dry-farmed vines at Gibson Ranch in Mendocino, perched at 1,000 feet elevation. These 105+ year-old, head-trained bush vines grow in gravelly, sandy loam soils derived from ancient sedimentary rock, producing fruit of remarkable character and energy.

100% Grenache Gris. A blend of vintages — 2022 whole cluster direct press with full malolactic fermentation, aged 5 months on lees, combined with 2019 and 2020 lots that saw whole cluster pressing, 3-week fermentation, and full malo. All aged in polyethylene, unfined, unfiltered, with minimal added SO₂.

Aromas of melon rind, white peach, citrus pith, and sea spray. Flavors of stone fruit, tangy citrus, and savory lees with a textured, saline finish and vibrant acidity.
