Sandhi is the joint project of Rajat Parr and Sashi Moorman, built on a commitment to cool-climate transparency, organic farming, and minimal intervention. Their focus is on expressing the windy, ocean-cooled vineyards of the Sta. Rita Hills with purity rather than oak or weight.

This Chardonnay comes from sandy, marine-influenced sites that yield naturally taut, mineral fruit. It’s fermented with native yeasts and aged in mostly neutral barrels to keep the profile focused and precise.

The wine is bright and restrained, showing lemon peel, white nectarine, hazelnut skin, and a saline edge that feels distinctly coastal. Clean, long, and textural. Excellent with crab, scallops, or roast chicken.
