Bernhard reimagines Pinotage with grace and restraint. ‘Feniks’ comes from a single old bush vine parcel in the Sinai Hill area, planted in sandy granite soils.

100% Pinotage. Hand-harvested, whole-bunch fermented, and foot-treaded. Aged in old French oak barrels. No additives beyond minimal SO₂ at bottling.
