95% Chenin Blanc, 5% Grenache Blanc with extended maceration; native fermentation; aged under flor (a thin top-layer of natural yeast) in neutral oak; bottled unfined/unfiltered.

Golden-amber; apricot, peach skin, chamomile, lemon rind, light oxidative notes. Textured and saline with gentle tannin and bright acidity. Great with spiced vegetables, grilled fish, and Mediterranean dishes.
