100% Grüner Veltliner sourced from old vines. Fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and matured in stainless steel tanks.

Aromas of lime blossom, yellow apple, hay flowers, and mango. On the palate, it offers a juicy, elegant texture with fine extract sweetness and a lively structure, culminating in a delicate aftertaste of orange, ripe pear, and white pepper.
