60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. Vinification is done half in Burgundian barrels, half in stainless steel tanks with partial malolactic fermentation and is aged for 3.5 years on lees.

Aromas of red berry, orchard fruit, and a touch of brioche. The palate is rich yet precise, with fine bubbles, crisp acidity, and a long, mineral-driven finish.
