A benchmark Abruzzo white from the Tiberio family estate, farmed organically at 380m on limestone soils with marly-gravel subsoils. Vines average 22 years, planted from massale selection.

100% Pecorino. Hand-harvested third week of August. Free-run juice only, fermented with native yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel. No malolactic. Aged in bottle before release.

Deep straw yellow. Aromas of sage, rosemary, green fig, peach, and yellow melon. Full-bodied with bright acidity, lingering minerality, and a clean, stony finish.
