Blend of French Colombard, Gewürztraminer, Zinfandel, and Albariño from organic vineyards across Madera, Paso Robles, Mendocino, and Lodi. Co-fermented whole cluster for 7 days in a semi-carbonic style. Native yeast, aged on skins and lees. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with minimal SO₂.

Hazy amber in the glass. Aromas of jasmine, apricot, citrus peel, and herbs. Juicy and dry with bright acidity, gentle tannins, and a salty, refreshing finish. Textural, floral, and crisp.
