100% Blaufränkisch. Hand-harvested, native-yeast fermentation, aged in neutral vessels (stainless steel and used barrels).

Bright sour cherry, cranberry, wild herbs, and a peppery spice undertone. Medium-bodied, with vibrant acidity, soft tannins, and a fresh, mineral finish. Great slightly chilled with grilled meats, mushroom dishes, or spiced vegetables.
