Jean-Pierre Vazart runs the most prominent vineyard in Chouilly, known as the cradle of Chardonnay, whose champagnes are well-known to reflect the round and fragrant character of the Chouilly terroir. They remain independent and maintain sustainable, organic growing practices on 11 hectares of Grand Cru vineyards with an average age of 45 years.

100% Chardonnay, made from a meticulous selection of grapes from the best plots of the Chouilly vineyard, and aged for 6 years in the cellar.

Aromas of white peach, lemon zest, and brioche. On the palate, crisp green apple, chalky minerality, and subtle almond notes are balanced by fine bubbles and a long, elegant finish.
