Jean-Pierre Vazart runs the most prominent vineyard in Chouilly, known as the cradle of Chardonnay, whose champagnes are well-known to reflect the round and fragrant character of the Chouilly terroir. They remain independent and maintain sustainable, organic growing practices on 11 hectares of Grand Cru vineyards with an average age of 45 years.

100% Chardonnay. Fermented in temp-controlled stainless steel vats with full malolactic fermentation and minimal dosage.

A complex Blanc de Blancs with notes of lemon, sourdough, almond, gingerbread, and a hint of pineapple. Smooth and creamy on the palate with bright energy and a long, dry finish.
