Voirin-Jumel’s history dates back 5 generations, to the second world war. The domaine is located in the famous Grand Cru village of Cramant and maintains a natural approach in the vineyards.

50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. Vinified separately and each tank goes through malolactic fermentation. All the champagnes are given very low dosages, and are aged for 3-4 years minimum.

Aromas of yellow and dried fruits, and flavors of apple, citrus, hazelnuts and almonds. Well structured, mineral, elegant, and lively.
