Clemens Busch is a biodynamic pioneer in the Mosel, farming steep slate vineyards in Pünderich with an obsessive focus on purity and terroir. Their estate wines show precision, elegance, and minerality.

100% Riesling from biodynamically farmed sites in Pünderich on slate soils. Hand-harvested, very short skin contact, fermented partly in old wood vats and modern stainless steel. Bottled dry at just 10.5% ABV, with spirited acidity and minimal residual sugar (~5.7 g/L).

Bright straw yellow with green reflections. Aromas of white peach, Nashi pear, grapefruit, bergamot, and an expressive herbal edge of mint, thyme, and lemon balm. On the palate it’s energetic and lean, with sharp acid, pure slate minerality, and a crisp, clean finish.
